Subject	What could of happened to the engine?

Message	I had to purchase a new injector and install it. So I took off the plenum installed it hooked every wire and hose in the same place. After it started it idled at 1000rpm dropping every second by 100rpm then it died on me, something exploded and i can't figure what exploded. (right after it died) Now I can't start the car can't push start it, just changed starter. But the flywheel can't spin. Later I checked in the cylinder where I installed the injector, and it was filled with gasoline all the way up to the top, now there is gasoline, and oil coming out driver side turbine. What happened any ideas?
